We keep delivery simple: free tracked delivery on every UK order.

How long will my order take?

Most of our products ship directly from our trusted suppliers’ warehouses, which keeps prices low. Typical delivery time is 8–15 working days from dispatch. Each product page shows its estimated delivery window, and we confirm it again at checkout — no surprises.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched (usually within 1–3 working days of ordering). Track your parcel any time on our Order Tracking page.

Import taxes and customs

Nothing to pay on delivery. All prices include UK VAT, which we collect at checkout and account for to HMRC — your parcel will not attract extra VAT or customs charges at the door.

Late or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email [email protected] with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Delivery address

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Please double-check your address at checkout; if you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it before dispatch.
