Returns & Refunds Policy

WhiskerWell is a trading name of MaheerCart Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 15918315), registered office: 32 Corona Avenue, Oldham, OL8 4JA. We want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains your rights and how returns work.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, email us at [email protected] with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to the address we provide. We will refund the full price of the goods within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of postage). Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items (30 days and beyond)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days and up to 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and a refund if that fails. For faulty items we cover return costs — in most cases we will not ask you to post the item back; a photo or short video of the issue is enough. Contact [email protected] and we will resolve it quickly.

Wrong or missing items

If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item or refund you — your choice.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval, usually much sooner. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed; banks can take 3–5 working days to show it.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on grooming items that have been used, or opened pet food/treat products. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
