What we collect and why

  • Order data — name, delivery address, email, phone, items purchased. Used to fulfil your order, provide tracking, and meet our legal (tax/accounting) obligations. Legal bases: contract and legal obligation.
  • Payment data — processed securely by our payment provider (WooPayments / Stripe). We never see or store your full card number. Legal basis: contract.
  • Account data — if you create an account: login details and order history. Legal basis: contract.
  • Marketing data — email address if you opt in to our newsletter or discount offers. Legal basis: consent; unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.
  • Usage data — cookies and analytics (pages visited, device type) to run and improve the site. Legal basis: consent/legitimate interests. You can manage cookies in your browser.

Who we share data with

Only what is necessary, with: our payment processor (Stripe), our suppliers and delivery carriers (name and delivery address, to ship your order — some suppliers are located outside the UK, including China; we share only what is needed for delivery), our hosting provider (Krystal Hosting, UK), email service providers, and analytics providers. We never sell your data.

International transfers

Where order details are shared with suppliers outside the UK to deliver your goods, we share the minimum necessary (recipient name and address) as required to perform our contract with you.

How long we keep data

Order and invoice records: 6 years (HMRC requirement). Marketing consents: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: up to 26 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; request portability; and withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
